This Maori Greenstone Wheku Toki Necklace is a beautiful piece of carving on a beautiful piece of New Zealand greenstone.
The toki (adze) measures approximately 9cm ( 3 1/2") long and hangs from a plaited black cord with adjustable closure.
Half the front of the toki is Heavily carved in a wheku, a face, with protruding tongue.
It's a fabulous modern take on a traditional form.
The hei toki design carries a spiritual meaning, one of power, strength and authority.
This is a great piece to give as a gift to anyone needing strength, or to a person in a position of authority, to recognise their position. Or buy it just because you like it.
Made from genuine New Zealand greenstone (pounamu), sourced from Hokitika, NZ.

Currently (January 2021), Airmail to Australia and the USA is taking about 5 weeks, and Airmail to the UK and Europe is taking 6-7 weeks. Airmail to South America is at least 8 weeks, and allow up to 12 weeks.
Economy Courier and Express Courier are up to 10 working days worldwide.
