This Kereru Wood Pigeon Light Up Art Block is by New Zealand artist, Sophie Blokker. Sophie creates beautiful paintings of New Zealand birds, then paints New Zealand scenery within the body of the bird. It's like you get two paintings in one!
Inside the Kereru is a painting of native bush, including the Nikau palm and the cabbage tree.
The print is further enhanced with lighting built into the print. Insert three AA batteries into the back of the print, and then tap the frame or canvas to see the lighter parts of the print light up with a subtle glow. Fabulous to view at night, and sure to entrance your guests.
The art block measures approximately 30cm x 30cm x 3.8cm (11 3/4" x 11 3/4" x 1 3/8"). Flick open a cavity on the back to insert batteries (not supplied).

Currently (January 2021), Airmail to Australia and the USA is taking about 5 weeks, and Airmail to the UK and Europe is taking 6-7 weeks. Airmail to South America is at least 8 weeks, and allow up to 12 weeks.
Economy Courier and Express Courier are up to 10 working days worldwide.
