This large Maori Fish Hook Trophy is a beautiful piece of carving made right here in New Zealand using native Matai timber.
This beautiful hook is carved on both sides, with more detailed carving on the front. With carving on the front and back, though, it looks good from any angle.
Carved from matai, it is embellished with paua shell eyes.
Total height: approx 42cm (16 1/2")
Size of base: approx 19.8cm x 14.3cm x 6cm (7 3/4" x 5 5/8" x 2 3/8")

Currently (January 2021), Airmail to Australia and the USA is taking about 5 weeks, and Airmail to the UK and Europe is taking 6-7 weeks. Airmail to South America is at least 8 weeks, and allow up to 12 weeks.
Economy Courier and Express Courier are up to 10 working days worldwide.
