This Miniature Korowai on Canvas incorporates a hand made miniature korowai cloak and a handmade Maori bone twist (pikorua) necklace, on canvas. The feathers in the korowai are mostly a dark green tinged feather mixed with white feathers.

The stretched canvas measures approximately 30cm x 30cm x 3.5cm (12" x 12" x 1 3/8").
The canvas and korowai are hand made by a Maori family in Auckland, New Zealand.
The Maori Bone Twist Necklace carries a spiritual meaning, one of true love or friendship for eternity. The twist represents two fern shoots growing together, with the twists and turns signifying that love continues despite the twists and turns of life.

Currently (January 2021), Airmail to Australia and the USA is taking about 5 weeks, and Airmail to the UK and Europe is taking 6-7 weeks. Airmail to South America is at least 8 weeks, and allow up to 12 weeks.
Economy Courier and Express Courier are up to 10 working days worldwide.
As always, we do not guarantee Airmail or Courier shipping times, as they are beyond our control.
Courier shipping times within New Zealand are approximately one working day to the North Island, 2 working days to the South Island (with an overnight option available at a different price), and up to 3 days to rural areas.
