The individual pie tins are:

square, measuring 4 1/4" (10.7cm) across the top, with the base measuring 3 1/8" (8cm) across and depth 25mm (1"), or

oval, measuring 5 1/8" (13cm) long across the top and 3 1/2" (9cm) across the bottom and depth 1 1/8" (3cm), or
-
round, measuring 4 3/8" (11.2cm) across the top, with the base measuring 3 1/4" (8.2cm) across and depth 1 1/8" (3cm).
Each of the pie tins has a self-cutting top i.e. roll your pastry across the top, press down, and the pastry will cut out to the shape of the top of the pie tin.

Currently (January 2021), Airmail to Australia and the USA is taking about 5 weeks, and Airmail to the UK and Europe is taking 6-7 weeks. Airmail to South America is at least 8 weeks, and allow up to 12 weeks.
Economy Courier and Express Courier are up to 10 working days worldwide.

Courier shipping times within New Zealand are approximately one working day to the North Island, 2 working days to the South Island (with an overnight option available at a different price), and up to 3 days to rural areas.
