This Purelicious Karengo Savoury Rub brings the taste of New Zealand to you.
This taste sensation starts with a surge of fresh and salty Karengo, a nutrient rich purple seaweed harvested by hand in the clear shallow coastal waters of New Zealand. The dried Karengo is blended with aromatic herbs and spices to create a totally natural flavour experience.
Ingredients are: NZ Sea Salt, Karengo, Thyme, Parsley, Fennel Seeds, Lemon Powder, Pepper, Minced Onion, Ginger, Minced Garlic.
Rub or sprinkle over all sides of selected foods. Whilst it naturally works well with fish, the karengo rub can also be used on beef, lamb, pork, and poultry, and you could give it a try on vegetables as well.
Suitable for both barbecuing and oven cooking.
Combine with olive oil for an amazing marinade.
