Instructions:

• Before applying the patch, wash and dry the garment first.
• Pre-heat iron to 150C (302F).  Switch off the steam function.  
• Place the patch in the desired location and cover with a thin piece of cotton or linen cloth.  Make sure your piece of cloth is at least as big as the base of the iron.
• Press the iron firmly onto the patch for 30 seconds, making sure that the base of the iron does not come into direct contact with the garment.  Apply firm pressure evenly.  Do not make any turning movements.
• Lift the iron up for 5 seconds, and then press it down again on the patch for another 30 secs.
• Take the iron off the fabric and let the patch cool for 5 mins.
• Carefully check whether the patch sticks to the fabric.  If not, repeat the previous steps.

Washing instructions:

• Follow the garment's washing instructions (max temp 40C), preferably on a gentle wash cycle.
• Wash the garment inside out.
• After the first few washes check that the edges of your patch remain in place.  If they have lifted, repeat the ironing instructions above.
• Do not tumble dry.
