This Maori Bone Triple Twist Necklace was designed by master carver Jeff Bryan.  Jeff is of Ngati Raukawa and Te Atihaunui-a-Paparangi descent, with both Maori and Scottish heritage.

The bone necklace is in the shape of a Maori Twist, also known as the Eternity symbol.  The Triplet Twist design represents our journey through life and the trials and tribulations of that journey. 

The Maori Bone Eternity necklace is adorned with a Maori tattoo design.  There are 3 main elements to the tattoo design:

  1. Raperape (Maori chevron design) represents the waves of energy projected off the trials and tribulations of our journey through life, only to end where we (and all living things) started.  It also represents how our life essence lives on in memory, myth, legend and spirit.
  2. Spiral tattoo design at the bottom of the necklace represent the beginning and the life force of all things.
  3. Kowhaiwhai pattern along the spiralling bone pendant represents our journey through life.

So a wonderful gift for friends or family.

The Bone Triple Twist Tattoo Necklace measures approximately 5 cm (2") long.  It hangs from a long black plaited adjustable cord and comes to you in a box with a card detailing the elements of its design.

Shipping Times during Covid-19

Currently (January 2021), Airmail to Australia and the USA is taking about 5 weeks, and Airmail to the UK and Europe is taking 6-7 weeks.  Airmail to South America is at least 8 weeks, and allow up to 12 weeks.
Economy Courier and Express Courier are up to 10 working days worldwide.
As always, we do not guarantee Airmail or Courier shipping times, as they are beyond our control.
Courier shipping times within New Zealand are approximately one working day to the North Island, 2 working days to the South Island (with an overnight option available at a different price), and up to 3 days to rural areas.
