This Kingfisher (Kotare in Maori) Soft Toy plays authentic sound of its call when you press his tummy. The bird is found throughout New Zealand, and when you see one waiting on a powerline, you know rain is on its way.
Kotare have beautiful turquoise feathers and large black bills. They feed on beetles, spiders, tadpoles and crabs, waiting patiently on power lines or in trees overhanging rivers until they see their prey. Kingfishers nest in trees and cliffs and riverbanks, by chiselling out a tunnel and chamber with their beaks.
This Kingfisher stands approximately 15cm (6") tall. Press his tummy to hear his bird call.

Currently (January 2021), Airmail to Australia and the USA is taking about 5 weeks, and Airmail to the UK and Europe is taking 6-7 weeks. Airmail to South America is at least 8 weeks, and allow up to 12 weeks.
Economy Courier and Express Courier are up to 10 working days worldwide.
